1. Getting Started
ROBDGOV.COM is the central digital hub for the Republic. To access most government services, such as checking your NID status or managing a business, you must securely authenticate using your Roblox account.
How to sign in
Click the "Sign In" button at the top right of any page. You will be redirected to the official Roblox website. Once you authorise the RoBD Portal, you will be securely logged in and redirected back to your dashboard. We do not see or store your password.
Who can use this portal?
The portal is available to all active participants in the RoBangladesh roleplay community. You must have a valid Roblox account that complies with our eligibility guidelines.
2. Finding Services
We have organised our services by department to make them easy to locate. You can also use the global search menu (press Ctrl/Cmd + K) anywhere on the site.
Immigration & NID →
Apply for citizenship, track your National ID, or request a passport.
BRTA (Transport) →
Book driving tests and register your vehicles.
Business Registry →
Check company statuses and file for commercial licenses.
Legal Documents →
Read the Constitution, Penal Code, and judicial verdicts.
3. Troubleshooting
Experiencing an issue? Check the common solutions below before contacting our support team.
I cannot log in / Authorisation failed
Ensure your browser is not blocking essential cookies. If the Roblox authorisation page loops or fails, try clearing your browser cache or attempting to log in via an incognito window.
My NID application says "Pending"
Standard NID processing can take up to 48 hours as it requires manual review by an Immigration Officer. Please do not open a support ticket unless 72 hours have passed.
The page says "Unauthorised Access"
You are trying to view a page restricted to government staff (such as a Ministry dashboard). If you have recently been hired, ensure you have logged out and logged back in to refresh your permissions.
