1. Introduction

Welcome to ROBDGOV.COM. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RoBangladesh Government Portal, including the RoBD Intelligent Login API, websites, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services") operated by the Government of RoBangladesh ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, including authenticating via Roblox OAuth2, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

📌 IMPORTANT: These Terms contain provisions that govern your use of Roblox OAuth2 authentication and the handling of your Roblox account data.

2. Definitions

"RoBD Intelligent Login API" - Our authentication service that allows users to sign in using their Roblox credentials via OAuth2 protocol.

"Roblox OAuth2" - The authorization protocol used to securely authenticate users through their Roblox accounts without sharing passwords.

"User" - Any individual who accesses or uses the Services, including citizens, residents, and foreign nationals.

"Roblox Account Data" - Information obtained from Roblox Corporation through OAuth2, including user ID, username, avatar, and other permitted data points.

3. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
You have a valid Roblox account in good standing
You have the full power and authority to enter into these Terms
You are not located in a country subject to government sanctions
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

🔐 4. Roblox OAuth2 Authentication

4.1 Authorization Process

When you choose to authenticate using Roblox OAuth2, you will be redirected to Roblox's official authentication page. We never receive or store your Roblox password. The OAuth2 flow provides us with limited access to your Roblox account data based on the permissions you grant.

4.2 Data We Request

Through Roblox OAuth2, we request access to:

Your Roblox User ID (unique identifier)
Your Roblox Username
Your Roblox Display Name
Your Roblox Avatar URL
Basic account creation date (for age verification)

4.3 How We Use Roblox Data

Roblox account data is used exclusively for:

Creating and managing your RoBDGOV account
Verifying your identity across government services
Preventing fraud and duplicate accounts
Personalizing your experience (e.g., displaying your avatar)
Age verification where required by law

4.4 Data Storage and Retention

Your Roblox User ID and username are stored securely in our encrypted database. We retain this information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated Roblox data at any time.

4.5 Third-Party Relationship

Roblox Corporation is a third-party service provider. Your use of Roblox is governed by Roblox's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Roblox's practices or any issues arising from your Roblox account.

4.6 Security Measures

All OAuth2 transactions are encrypted using TLS 1.3. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect the tokens and data exchanged during authentication. Access tokens are stored temporarily and securely, with automatic revocation.

4.7 Revoking Access

You may revoke our application's access to your Roblox account at any time through your Roblox account settings under "Security" → "Apps and Websites." Revoking access will not delete your RoBDGOV account but will prevent future OAuth2 logins.

4.8 Compliance with Roblox Platform Terms

Our use of Roblox OAuth2 complies with Roblox Corporation's Platform Terms of Use and Developer Exchange Terms. We do not:

Request or store Roblox passwords
Use Roblox data for unauthorized advertising
Transfer Roblox data to unauthorized third parties
Violate Roblox's privacy guidelines
Impersonate Roblox Corporation

5. Account Terms

When you create an account using Roblox OAuth2:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Roblox account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your RoBDGOV account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
One person may not maintain multiple accounts without authorization

6. Data Collection & Usage

In addition to Roblox account data, we collect:

Essential Data

IP address and device info
Authentication logs
Service usage metrics

Optional Data

Government service preferences
Communication settings
Profile information

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

✗Use the Services for any illegal purpose

✗Attempt to bypass OAuth2 security measures

✗Share your account credentials with others

✗Use automated scripts to access the API

✗Impersonate government officials or Roblox employees

The RoBD Intelligent Login API, ROBDGOV.COM, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by the Government of RoBangladesh and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Roblox and related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Our use of Roblox OAuth2 does not imply endorsement by Roblox Corporation.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with Roblox Corporation's OAuth2 platform. We are not responsible for:

Roblox's availability, security, or functionality
Any changes to Roblox's OAuth2 implementation
Data breaches or issues originating from Roblox's systems
Roblox's Terms of Service or Privacy Policy

⚠️ 10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

The Services will function uninterrupted or error-free
Roblox OAuth2 authentication will always be available
Any errors will be corrected
The Services are free of viruses or harmful components

🛡️ 11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE GOVERNMENT OF ROBANGLADESH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF ROBLOX ACCOUNTS, DATA, OR ACCESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE ROBLOX OAUTH2 AUTHENTICATION SERVICES.

⛔ 12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections 4 (regarding Roblox data usage), 8, 10, 11, and 13 shall survive termination.

⚖️ 13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of RoBangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from Roblox OAuth2 usage shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, RoBangladesh.

📝 14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to provisions regarding Roblox OAuth2, we will notify you through the Services or via email. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By using the RoBD Intelligent Login API with Roblox OAuth2, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
