1. Introduction

Welcome to ROBDGOV.COM. These terms outline the rules and guidelines for using the RoBangladesh Government Portal, including our digital services, applications, and the intelligent login system.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the portal. We have done our best to keep this document clear, fair, and easy to read.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, we require that you meet a few basic criteria. By signing in, you confirm that:

You are at least 13 years of age, or the required age of digital consent in your home country.
You possess a valid, active Roblox account in good standing.
You are accessing this service in accordance with all applicable local laws.
You have not previously had your access to the portal permanently revoked.

3. Connecting with Roblox

Authentication

We use an industry-standard protocol (OAuth2) to allow you to log in securely using your existing Roblox account. This means you do not need to create a new password for our portal.

How the connection works

When you choose to sign in, you are temporarily taken to Roblox's official website to authorise the connection. We never see, ask for, or store your Roblox password.

What we can see

Once you grant permission, Roblox shares only basic, public-facing information with us so we can create and verify your profile. This includes:

Your unique Roblox User ID
Your Username and Display Name
Your Avatar image
The date your account was created (to help verify age and prevent fraud)

You are always in control. You can revoke our portal's access to your Roblox account at any time by visiting the "Security" section in your own Roblox account settings. Note that doing so will prevent you from logging back into the portal until you reconnect.

4. Your Data & Privacy

We respect your privacy. Beyond the basic profile data provided by Roblox, we collect standard technical information to keep the portal secure and running smoothly.

This includes your IP address, standard device information (like your browser type), and logs of your activity on the portal. We use this data strictly to provide you with government services, maintain security, and prevent fraudulent duplicate accounts. We do not sell your personal data to advertising companies.

5. Acceptable Behaviour

The portal is designed for everyone. To maintain a secure environment, we ask that you use the services responsibly. You agree not to:

Use our systems for any unlawful or malicious activities.
Attempt to bypass our security measures or exploit vulnerabilities.
Share your account access with others, or use automated scripts to spam the portal.
Impersonate government officials, staff members, or Roblox employees.

If we determine that an account is violating these rules, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to the portal.

6. Disclaimers

We strive to keep the portal online and error-free, but we provide the service "as is". We cannot guarantee that the portal will be uninterrupted, entirely secure, or free from occasional technical faults.

Furthermore, because our login system relies on Roblox, we are not responsible for downtime, security breaches, or policy changes originating from Roblox Corporation. Our portal is an independent project and is not officially endorsed or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of RoBangladesh. Any disputes regarding your use of the portal or the authentication services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, RoBangladesh.

8. Changes to Terms

Digital services constantly evolve, and we may occasionally need to update these terms. If we make significant changes—particularly to how we handle your login data—we will provide a clear notice on the portal homepage.

Continuing to use the portal after those changes have been published means you accept the updated terms.
